Where you are
The first weeks have a lot of moving parts
Discharge often happens fast, at the end of a long day. The papers list new medicines and stopped ones, appointments to book, blood tests to schedule and things to watch for.
You’re the one keeping it straight, and the questions find you.
- Your sisterWhat did the doctor actually say?
- The pharmacistIs he still taking the old prescription?
- The follow-up officeCan you send us the hospital notes?
What it looks like
The whole stay on one page
Here’s the kind of page a family might build from one set of discharge papers. The plain reading, the medicine changes and the follow-ups sit together, next to the reminders you set and the people you’ve shared it with.
So when your sister asks what the doctor said, the answer is already there.

- What do my discharge papers say about the water pill?
- When is my kidney blood test due?
- Remind me every morning at 8 to weigh myself.
Once connected, what their assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control, so connect only one they trust. They can disconnect it any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops right away.
Set up the profile first. Whoever the profile belongs to can connect their assistant whenever they like.
